ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - 4002 N Navarro St, Victoria, Tx 77901
Orders can be picked up Monday and Friday 10:30 am - 6:30 pm, and Saturday 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, Sundays CLOSED. An email or text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 150 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Please contact the store because your zip code may have not made the list.
Orders placed during store hours, Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm will be delivered within 2 weeks, please contact the store if you need expedited delivery so we may check the schedule, we often have same day delivery available.
When your order is ready for delivery, we will call you and text you. We will not leave the store until you confirm you are still available.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We do not ship outside of the United States of America at this time. Some product is not available for shipping by common carriers, only our personal delivery trucks in our service area.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not offer international shipping.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@bedbutlers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
